Data we handle

There are no accounts, forms or newsletters on this site. In practice, the only personal data involved in a visit is:

• Server request logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time and page) for security and troubleshooting, retained for a short period.
• A session flag in your browser if you close the offer card, so it stays closed while you read. It never leaves your device.
• Emails you choose to send us, which we keep only as long as needed to deal with your message.

Third parties

• Google Fonts: our typefaces load from Google, which receives your IP address under its own privacy policy.
• Referral links: claim buttons pass through SweepstakesCasinosList.com to the casino. Those sites and their affiliate partners may set cookies to record the referral, under their own policies.

We don't run advertising networks or analytics trackers. If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

We don't sell data

We don't sell, rent or share personal information for advertising, and we never will.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. This includes rights under California's CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws.

Minors

This site is meant for adults only and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
